I am trained in a number of evidence-based vocal techniques for singing and public speaking, including CVT, CoreSinging® and Voiceworks(TM) and have years of experience teaching professional and amateur actors and singers on stage, in studio, for auditions and in conservatoires. As a practitioner of Autogenic Training, I can also help you find calm, confidence and creativity as a performer and public speaker.

I have helped people in a range of industries find the confidence to enjoy speaking in public and create compelling vocal qualities that build rapport with any audience.
As a tutor at the world-renowned Actors Centre, I created the course, 'Speaking with Confidence' and have taught everyone from staff in Michelin-starred restaurants, to lawyers and charity sector professionals how to master voice and body language.
I have also been a dialect coach in film and have presented my musical approach to accents, dialects and character voices at the World Voice Consortium.

As well as my work as a vocal coach, I am a qualified Autogenic Therapist and can teach you the simple, safe and powerful mind-body techniques from Autogenic Training (AT) shown in research and over 100 years of practice to help switch on your “rest, repair, recuperate” system. This can help improve performance, enhance creativity, maintain well-being, and so much more. Working with clients, I have seen them overcome voice problems, reduce anxiety and rediscover motivation, just by practising for a few minutes, three times a day!

I have delivered workshops in Vocal and Mental Health (in collaboration with a Psychologist) for BAPAM and the Musician's Union and love helping people find calm, confidence and resilience. I am also trained in 'Emergency Aid' vocal and breathing techniques to release unwanted vocal constriction and manage the stresses of performing and public speaking. In addition, I hold a certification in Mindfulness Meditation Teaching (British Psychological Society approved).
