I always strive to be flexible and accommodating with my clients. Life is busy and sometimes we need to reschedule! These are the general policies relating to lesson bookings, cancellations and rescheduling:
**1. Lesson Cancellation:**
- **Notice Period:** Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a lesson without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "late cancellation."
- **Late Cancellations and No-Shows:** Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice of the scheduled time, or if the student does not show up, will be charged in full.
NB: Apart from sending a meeting link for online sessions, it is not my responsibility to send lesson reminders once we have agreed on a date and time. For package lessons, if I do not hear from you about booking your next session, it is your responsibility to contact me to arrange a mutually convenient time.
**2. Rescheduling Lessons:**
- **Advance Notice:** To reschedule a lesson, please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time. I will do my best to accommodate your request based on my availability.
- **Late Rescheduling:** If a lesson is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, it will be treated as a late cancellation and will be charged in full.
**3. Make-Up Lessons:**
- **Eligibility:** Make-up lessons may be offered at my discretion and are subject to availability. They are not guaranteed and should not be expected as a standard practice.
- **Scheduling Make-Up Lessons:** If a make-up lesson is offered, it must be scheduled within two weeks of the originally missed lesson. Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled.
**4. Package Lessons:**
- **Validity:** Lesson packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons after this period will be forfeited.
- **Refunds:** Refunds for unused lessons in a package will not be provided, except in exceptional circumstances and at my discretion.
**5. Teacher Cancellations:**
- If I need to cancel a lesson for any reason, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for the canceled lesson will be provided.
**6. Contact Information:**
- Please notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling requests via [your preferred method of contact, e.g., phone or email].
**7. Agreement:**
- By scheduling and attending lessons, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.

- **Flexibility:** While I strive to be as accommodating as possible, repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may affect the availability of future lesson times.
